Business Burglar Nabbed by MPD

Jeff Smith, Mesquite Police Dept

Mesquite Police Department Officers attempted to pull over a grey 2002 Acura RSX for an obstructed license plate when the vehicle accelerated from the scene at a high rate of speed.

Officers observed the vehicle turn into the parking lot of Redd Hills Plaza where they made contact with the driver who was hiding behind a building. After

speaking with the driver they discovered several items that were stolen from several businesses in Mesquite and St. George.

Arn Stucki, 26, of Washington, Utah was charged with Burglary (2 counts), Grand Larceny, Possession of Stolen Property, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Forms, and Possession of Burglary Tools.

Stucki was taken to the Mesquite Detention Center for processing before being transported to the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas.
