Mayor Mark Wier is inviting all residents to attend a City of Mesquite Town Hall Meeting at 7:30 a.m., on Thursday, July 26. This event will be held in the City Hall second-floor training room located at 10 East Mesquite Blvd.

“We are reaching out to our citizens to join us for an interactive conversation with their elected officials and City staff,” said Mayor Wier. “We will discuss a range

of topics from what the City is doing to assist local businesses during the economic downturn to maintaining our quality of life in Mesquite.”

In an effort to more fully engage the business community, Mayor Wier has been holding Business Focus Group meetings the past 6 months to gather various types of information from different businesses in the City. The Mayor will be sharing information from those focus groups at the Town Hall Meeting.
