The Virgin Valley Artists Association is offering a summer art class for children 9 to 13 years old.

The weekly art class starts Wednesday, June 6, and runs through August. Students will study drawing and pottery building and glazing. The free classes will

be taught 4pm to 6pm at the classroom and pottery studio facilities operated by VVAA. Parents should come to Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery, 15 West Mesquite Blvd., to fill out an enrollment form. Children are accepted on a first-come/first-served basis. Gallery hours are 10am-4pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
