The Mesquite-Toes Jazz team will be performing the ever popular Waterloo number from Mama Mia in the Holland American Cruise Line on the MS Noordamn.

The Mesquite-Toes Tap Team is busy preparing for their show aboard the Holland American Cruise Line on the MS Noordamn , which will take place on May 26, while cruising the Mediterranean. This is the fourth time that the Toes, the "Goodwill Ambassadors for the City of Mesquite", have been invited to perform for a Holland American cruise. Since they are cruising the Greek Isles, they have decided to feature seven numbers from Mama Mia, which was filmed on an island in Greece.

The

team will be in the Mediterranean area for 12 days and will get to tour many areas, including Rome, Turkey, Sicily, Croatia and many of the Greek Islands. There are 65 people traveling with the group; 20 dancers and the remainder are friends, spouses and team supporters. Most of the travelers are from Mesquite, but others will be joining the group from St Louis, New York, Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, Utah and Canada. The producer of the cruise show is Dean Barecca, Cruise Experts, out of Toronto, Canada. He is also the travel agent for the group. He has produced and been with the group for each of the Holland American cruises and has seen the team grow into the professional performing team that they are today.
